At what age should a ferret before he may eat, without mixing with water?
The pet store told me to mix Foods with Smash It Up and water in a mud bottom, said that after that age should not do that. It is about 5 months now. How much long should I wait before switching to dry food only?
jajaja, who have no idea what they are talking. that puppies and kittens, only babies during weaning to solid food to go. and not enough young ferret must do to get sold to an owner. 5 months it is undoubtedly now old enough to eat solid foods only. Go ahead and start pulling some of the water you put in there until only dry food, changing progressively more in a week or two. who should not take long before she eats it as is. However, if she absolutely refuses to eat, then add more water again. a ferret high metabolism dictates that eating at least every four hours, and you can not "wait" for a ferret to eat whatever you want.
