Condo Style
I think buying a condo, but warned against it by the resale value. Should I?
My friend who is a realtor roots, I warned against buying a condo, because it says it will be difficult to sell in the future. I heard others too. The condo I am considering is in a good location, new (new construction), two levels (townhouse style), and has a garage automobile. The condo fees are low ($ 155 – is in Baltimore, MD / Washington, DC area). No terrace, but I do not want a yard to maintain. I currently a large family house with a large garden that is too much for one person to maintain. (I am a single woman of 36 years without children.) The condominium style is such that it would be a unit in the top of the mine, and I want to share walls with other units. I think business is good, it is in my price range, and is a good location. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Depending on the location of the military expansion of Fort next. Meade and Aberdeen, the condominium sounds like a good investment. For example, I lived in Frederick and condos rose at the same time that many houses townhouses and detached houses. This development is 10 minutes from Fort Detrick, another beneficiary of the military expansion. The demand is constant As for small spaces simple – the condo sounds like a good option. The housing market is consumed and the prices are reasonable for the next 1-2 years.
